SEC just voted on and PASSED full disclosure requirements for corporations. No more giving information first to analysts with special relationships to companies. All inside information now has to be disclosed immediately and publicly. There is a chance that analysts will be a little more honest now as well. There won't be any more need to give companies a glowing report that they don't deserve, because the analysts cannot get preferential treatment as payback from companies any longer.

This is a good day.
