Hello Goalie

Rumour on the street up here this morning is that SUF is making a counter offer for Winspear Diamonds!!!

I will try to verify as it certainly is not on the wires.

I spoke to CJ this A.M. and he certainly didn't say anything on this matter.

On a separate matter however, he did indicate that SUF's claims around Lac de Gras are currently being flown with BHP's new aerial gravity equipment which has been so successful for them of late.

As you know, quite a number of the NWT's pipes do not exhibit mag or EM signatures readable above background noise making them effectively invisible to geophysical techniques up until now. however, BHP developed this new gravity equipment that can differentiate a pipe's gravity signal from background. They have found eight new pipes with this new technique.

Chris also indicated that he and Howard are still extremely high on the Yamba lake claims and are no where near finished exploring them.

On other fronts, he indicated that we should be hearing good news from the dark continent in the next few weeks or so.

He sounded quite up beat although tired from his latest travel and I was left with a very positive sense that the best is yet to come.

Regards
