WTA Opens Beijing Office

EL CAJON, Calif., Aug 9, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Composite Automobile Research Ltd. (OTCBB:CARH)(POH:FRANKFURT), through its wholly owned subsidiary World Transport Authority Inc. (WTA) is pleased to announce that it has opened a Corporate and Sales office in Beijing China.

The office is located in the heart of the financial district of Beijing at:

Company Chief Executive Officer and President Lyle Wardrop is quoted as saying, "We are pleased that we were able to secure a lease in this very prominent location in the Beijing financial district. This decision demonstrates to our Chinese partners, the seriousness of our commitment to carry out our business plan for the country of China. We now look forward to completing the required compliance matters, necessary to being able to conduct business in the country.
