Markets and pricing depend on supply AND demand.

Just because something is in short supply doesn't mean that the customer is willing to pay more.

When the customer is WILLING to pay more, Dell and anyone else, is usually glad to take their $.

Newest and fastest commands a premium price. Seems simple to me.
