After thinking about this briefly, I think we may have quite a blockbuster company here. I thought about owning phcm for quite a while, as they are a leader in WAP. Only problem is that PHCM is racking up big losses giving away their WAP browser to gain market dominance. SWCM is profitable and already dominant in outsourced email boxes.

You guys got best of the both world.

Wondered why would Don leave CSCO for SWCM, but when I saw PHCM deal, that solved the puzzle.
