ISOTEC (OTC BB: WLDC) Announces Signing of a Letter Of Intent With a Major
Central American Corporation

WESTMINSTER, Colo., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- ISOTEC,
(OTC Bulletin Board: WLDC) the wholly owned subsidiary of World Am
Communications announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent
with a major Security Corporation, Asesoria Tecnica, S.A. (Atesa), in
Honduras, to manufacture and distribute a low-cost "Weapons Detection and
Access Control Portal," as well as other ISOTEC-developed products, throughout
Central America. It is anticipated that firm agreements will be negotiated
and executed within the next 90 days.
According to ISOTEC president, Jim Alexander, the acknowledged need and
utilization of these security devices in Mexico, South and Central America,
presents a multi-million dollar annual market for a low-cost, quality-built
device(s) designed and developed by ISOTEC in conjunction with local
partnerships. Production of structural members in Central America, combined
with state-of-the-art electronics produced by ISOTEC in partnership with a
major distribution and installation/maintenance network will provide immediate
access and market share in this fast-growing international marketplace.
