Bookham Technology Considers Secondary Offering OXFORDSHIRE, England, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Bookham Technology plc (Nasdaq: BKHM - news; LSE: BHM) announced today that it is considering potential ways in which it could increase trading liquidity in its shares, including a possible follow-on offering of its shares. Such an offering, as contemplated, would consist principally of shares held by existing investors.
