TO ALL,I took the time to read the DBRs offer and WSPs responce.Today I faxed to DeBeers a letter whereby I stated my disapointmet with the offered price of $4.25 and that I have declined to tender my shares in written form.I would suggest all WSP share holders do the same.Fax 604-605-7183.

I know of a broker that holds just over a million shares between him and his clients and they are not tendering. Neither am I or my friends.
