Check out the IRS Homepage for Answers Do these people really call themselves reporters when they dont even look up the facts.. it took me a few minutes to access the IRS site and found the form to file it states "Filers includes a U.S. citizen or resident who is an officer, director, or 10% shareholder of a foreign personal holding company." heres a link irs.ustreas.gov now the Bloomberg articile is rehashing the Lazard report.. and saying VBI dumped huge shares its only 2% of what they have go check out the faq about the Lazard report on XLA's homepage xcelera.com someone's full of it , hope its not XLA..
