LOL, I can certainly understand the nervousness on the part of larger brokerage as they sell that access and info to the "big guys". One would have to assume the value of an analyst would drop if everyone has the same access at the same time.

I have a close friend that is a bank analyst at a very large broker. When with old firm she used to call me and discuss the various real estate that I was aware was in trouble but the lender had not yet faced that situation. She was able to identify banks that "were whistling past graveyard" in advance. I am in Texas real estate LOL. Made me aware of how mundane and elementary some of this valuation can become.
