Dear X: Yes, I believe within 6-9 months we get around 3.37 shares for each 100 shares of EMC we own. I am really disappointed though with EMC's price action today. I would have expected the stock to rise to about 94 AND STAY THERE not sink just based on CSCO's incredibly optomistic estimate of the growth in the internet Globally. I guess people dont correlate that growth in the internet means expotential growth in storage!! Anyhow the McData shares will give us a dividend in the next 12 mos. Hope they hold their value. JDN
