Kavika,
I am working with Pristine and Chatspace now trying to fix the same problem. I have downloaded MS IE5.5 and SDK Java 4 per their request but still having same problem. I am awaiting an answer from Chatspace now as to next step.
I have never had a problem running java based programs before. I'll let you know if they have a fix for this.
Cheers,
Pam

Kavika,
I just got in the chat room and I can actually hear voices finally. Chatspace sent me to microsoft.com and I just finished downloading and installing the java vm instead of sdkjava4. It's working like a charm.
Hope this helps.
Pam
