Considering the lack of vision and intelligence that our government has, maybe you should post it here. I'm sure some lazy bureaucrat will be doing a web search and hit upon your treatise - or mine. I KNOW they're gonna call me any minute now. Maybe it go like this: "Mr. President, what do you think "cosmicforce" over at SI would do in this situation?" "I don't known General, get him on the horn and tell him we'll fly him here on Air Force One. Right away!" Yeah, that's gonna happen real soon. I've got my suit pressed and hanging by the front door.
