I am a very strong believer of the "law of unintended consequences" and am always amazed at the guys that are so wrapped up in the conspiracy nonsense. This is the same government that has brought you the Dept of Education, Postal Service, Energy Dept and yet they can do such "James Bond" tricks, LOL.

If a MM spends his time trying to trick the 200-800 share guys I would doubt he is making enough money for the firm to warrant keeping him on the payroll. Like the guys who put in market order for IPO. Did someone take advantage of them? Sure. Was he stupid to do that? Absolutely. Like the guys who staggers up to roulette wheel and says "put $10,000 on the red 7". Is that bad bet? Sure. Do you see pit boss run over and stop game? LOL

Later, Steve
