Tuck:

No, not a vacation, but nearly as good -- an intimate look at a private company. Lots of fun.

Yeah, saw some of the roaches doing laps. Someone at Yahoo called the report a "nightmare". He didn't have enough shares -- I picked up a few at 5 15/16, but not many were available.

Report looks fine to me. Sales up 14% quarter-over-quarter with margins still over 40%, and we know that year-over-year is why this sucker is stuck at a capitalization of 40M.

Cash is up 400K. Inventories are up 700K. Accounts payable are down 900K which corresponds with the increase in long-term debt. I'm not good at accounting, and don't understand why the 12/31 numbers for accounts payable and working capital don't agree for the first and second quarter reports.

They wrote off 800K and total assets went down by 500K. It almost looks like management is trying to make the picture look bad.

One comment.... I can't tell if the additional cash due 6/30 from Novo is here.

Cheers! Rick

This may be a stretch.... everyone should take with their own color of salt grain.......

Extending forward the quarter's sales plus the delta in backlog, it annualizes to about 58M. At 40% margin, that's about 23M in wiggle room.

Market cap at today's close was 41.6M.
