Well, before you say that Cisco has returned zero for the quarter and attribute that to future prospects as well, I'd caution you to look at alot of the other companies too. How many of the marquee companies have returned significantly more than 0% since April? How do they compare to Cisco?

What I'm saying is that, if you haven't noticed, we had a pretty good correction in April and many companies got clobbered. Cisco held up pretty well as did a few other excellent companies like Nortel. So one or several quarters of stock price stagnation doesn't bother me in the least, because I am a long term holder. Three to five years from now I will be happy that I held my Cisco stock as I expect it to double in that time frame. That may not be much to many of the ludicrous-expectation, new world, short term, investors, but to me that's plenty. And in the mean time, I don't ride a rollercoaster, just my ole' rock solid, steady-performing Cisco .

CSCO, there are also a lot of stocks that are more attractive longs.
