Well it was only brought out on PVO's Aug 04 N.R. and then Kaiser put out a tracker on the eve of the opening that indicated the line of credit could be a deal breaker. Nevertheless, it is sentiment toward the current deal as it stands,( including pp pricing ? ) rather than any nefarious deeds that is affecting the price.IMHO. I doubt however that you'll end up underwater with sub 1.10 shares. Cheers I am off for a few days at a friend's farm.
