>> I'm quite happy with the name my parents gave me. --Mike Buckley

That raises an interesting point. What is the significance of the "--" you put in front of your name on each and every post. Does it signify that you are the "negative Mike Buckley", the "doubly diminished Mike Buckley", or perhaps from the mathamatical formula (-1) X (-1) = +1, the "positive Mike Buckley"? The other possibility is that it is just a decoration to add luster or attract attention to your name, but since you are so pleased about being "plain old Mike Buckley", that's surely not it.

!!!*** uf ***!!!

btw, some might see the use of "--" as the equivalent of an emoticon <gg>.

I'm quite happy with the name my parents gave me.

An illustration of the imagination that they gave you, as well. The odd thing is that because you use your own name, we know nothing about you, except your name. Can't tell where you live, what you do, what you like, what you wear (or don't wear), what you read, what you eat, etc.

EDIT: Now Pawhuska's folks had some imagination, for sure! (But I still think it's the name of an old American motorcyle.)

<<<No need to hide behind names that allude to where I live, what I wear (or don't wear) and the like>>>

I'll have you know, I come from a long line of wedges.
