Seems to me that unless one is of the size of a CSCO, MSFT, ORCL, etc. it is quite rare one company achieves silverback status in both jungles.

hi A.L.
csco, msft and orcl did not start with large market caps.
moore writes....all gorillas are born in tornadoes.

since no tornado exists...there can be no voice gorilla...not yet.

a G&K purist will say that we are in too early. they also say they know they leave a lot of early profit on the table.

i personally believe that every computer and handheld will be voice enabled before long....someone is going to make a bunch of $ providing the voice software. i want to be in the game...it is too soon to tell if a gorilla will emerge. but, if you believe a tornado is here or coming soon, moore (in his book) suggests buying a basket on the theory that a rising tide raises all boats...eventually if a winner becomes clear, the strategy is to sell the others (which should also be profitable) and consolidate into the winner/gorilla.

examples...i have mini baskets in on-going tornadoes where a gorilla is not yet defined but where all players are doing quite well.

to answer your rhetorical question...i don't know how to predict how this voice game will playout. i am convinced that a tornado will occur...i like the way LHSP is playing the game...not sure if we will see a gorilla...in the meantime with 50% and accelerating growth...while waiting, it seems like a great place to park some 10 year investment $$ to me.

looks like i'll be buying more of my eventual position tomorrow. i luv dips.
