Michael, Look at the DOW and NAZ charts. Something spooked the market at about 3:00. At 3:10 every thing went south fast. This isn't Compaq specific. NW

Amatuer TA time. At the very time CPQ was giving 32 a big head butt the NAZ and DOW both took a big down turn for an unknown reason at this point. It appears that breaking 32 has been interrupted by some general market concern. Let's turn our attention to Compaq TA. The DMA is still very strong. The DMA numbers are below. The volume was once again twice the new higher average volume. This makes three days in a row with break out volume levels. MACD and Stochastics are both strong. Compaq should continue it's up trend. The up trend might be slowed by general market conditions, but should not reverse into a down trend.
