Saw the article too. Snickered a bit. According to the article's author, EMC is not only the NAS leader, but the only company in NAS. :-)

Just remember though: the moment it becomes common knowledge what NTAP is and what their space is like, is the moment the stock will no longer outperform the market. Enjoy common ignorance while it lasts, because it is putting the stock in your hands at discounted prices.

[Fans of Malakiel's book will recognize my implicit acceptance of the weak form of the Efficient Markets Hypothesis. Those who believe in the strong form would say that people who understand NTAP will have already bid up the stock to its real value, even if those people are a small minority.]
