Informix (IFMX) 4 11/16 +1/16: Announces management and organizational changes -- effective immediately, five business areas will be consolidated into two groups: DataBase Business Operations and Solutions Business Operations. IFMX also expects to take a charge in the range of $75 million to $90 million in Q3 (ending September 30). The charge will primarily relate to costs associated with the elimination of functions and facilities that have become redundant under the new corporate structure. This is the blip in E Trade.
