When marketing side $ucks (no big deals - Dell or business PCs or Duron), try to talk up your technology to give street some hope. I have good reason to believe that there will be NO product announcement tomorrow. They will just talk, most likely.

Andreas, But if a) is true I'm wondering why AMD would announce more details via a teleconference over a year before the official introduction of Sledgehammer. Oh well, I guess we just have to wait until tomorrow... I think Microprocessor Forum is usually a place where new microprocessors are introduced. But there is a possibility that Sledgehammer is at a point when technical details need to be released in order to allow people to start writing compilers. Obviously I would like the choice b), with additional information that Mustang is on schedule for Q4. Joe
