Pat, they are in production now, but at the R&D facility, not at the new plant near Nortel which is the one the Fiber Optics On Line reporter mentioned. Two buildings about a mile apart. Which did he mention - the new one which will be in production soon, the announced date is January 1, 2001. So, of course, there is no production there now. There isn't supposed to be till January 1, 2001. Now your memory was correct. But the production is at another location than the one mentioned in that article. If you look into it a bit, I think you will find that they have proved a lot. Proof - what will it take? DJ
