You can always do the next best thing- "outsource" by *importing* the cheap labor! Besides the illegal hispanic population all over california (construction, farming, food service) you've also got groups out here lobbying to increase high tech visa quotas so we can import smart indian programmers who'll work for 1/3 the cost of americans.

I think we can all see where this is going. Eventually the US will outsource all physical labor. We'll have all the money, but do none of the work. The *KEY* to keeping this from collapsing is to make sure we've got the biggest, baddest military in the world. Otherwise why would they exchange goods and services for little green pieces of paper?

Again, the theme is inflation in industries that can't outsource labor/manufacturing overseas. Those that can enjoyed a one time benefit....what happens when that abates?
