did anyone see the recent dilbert where the boss muses about starting a little internet company on the side. he is advised that the VC's don't care for B2B much anymore. The boss is puzzled and asks "You mean the Viet Cong doesn't care for Breakfast in Bed?"

Is that $5 rule for every nasdaq national market stock? There are a boatload of dot.coms hovering around the $2 range. I thought $50 million in assets or market cap was the minimum, or $1 per share.

----------------

NAZ to delist BYOND.COM unless the stock returns to at least $5 a share for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days prior to Sept. 12.
