Someone is spreading a rumour that if you sell for 4.25 and
then a higher buyout is made
that you will get the higher price anyway.

That is not at all true is it??

It would spark some to try and cover both bases but I think they will
be put out at first base by trying to steal second.

I'll openly admit I'm not tendering. Definitely not at this price. It's not even close to what I would consider fair value. I sincerely hope we can hang on to this gem. ;-)
