Doug, the news we're waiting for is that the lawsuit has at long last gotten underway -- not that it's still being planned! How long does it take to get a lawsuit going? After a major plane crash, lawyers for relatives have their writs issued next day. I realize that the issues here are complex, but it seems as if GATA has been planning to start the lawsuit for at least two years now. Does GATA have a fleet of lawyers working on the documentation/evidence to be filed, or is it still at the stage of just talking about hiring the legal power? As this thread's official delegate to GATA, do you have the answers? :) Phil
