Mark, I think it was a big mistake for the management

of ITRA to get financing this way. It is really

hurting us shareholders, and once that happens

the bottom will fall out. I am still holding all

of my shares, much to my disappointment.

Mark,

I never did read the SEC document concerning who "sponsored" the preferred financing for ITRA. I guess the ole friends of GMGC were involved. Read the companies that were mentioned in Cramer's article and in the plaintiff's document (LOAX is the plaintiff). It looks like LOAX is suing and saying they won't convert the preferreds shares.

It will be interesting to see if GMGC or ITRA get involved in this lawsuit against I believe Promethean. I hope they go for the jugular. It will also be interesting to see if the preferreds start loosening their grip on the various companies they have preferred financing with due to the pressure put on by these lawsuits. This is at least the second and I believe the third lawsuit I have seen involving the manipulating preferred financiers.

Damn I hope the SEC gets involved. I would love to see some of those guys go to the BOP for awhile (BOP-Bureau of Prisons).
