Hello Ice,

Yes, instead of the 10 step program to break internet addiction, I tried taking a 6 month break as far away from the internet and computers as I could get. I took one of those overland truck trips from London down to Zanzibar. I found that even in some of the most isolated countries in the world, I was never more than 8 days travel from an internet connected computer. Of course, sometimes it took some doing to find one, but I managed <g>. The most remote place (i/e internet isolated place) was the border area sort of no-mans land between Chad and Sudan. I didn't realize it but Chad only has one road across the country and it's a dirt one only passable in the dry season. Interesting.

My little break did finally kill me of my MU addiction though <bg>. I lost alot of money on that one.
