If you look at the list of the greatest investors of all time, all of them were short term traders.

First, they weren't investors. They were speculators. Second, show me the numbers on an after-tax basis and tell me how you define "greatest."

OT: Apparently that list of greatest investors doesn't include Buffet and Lynch. So who is on your top list? Livermore, Soros, Baruch, Schwartz? I do agree with your assessment on Phone.com. and SEBL going to $130.
