I listened to the Interview on Radio Wall Street with the CEO again last night. The CEO did say that the additional capacity to come on line by June 2001 would bring supply in line with demand. This is why I'm asking questions about how this will affect revenue growth, EPS and margins?

KEM desperately needs a economic soft landing to come about. It could easily rise into the 40's if that occurs. On the other hand, if an economic hard landing comes about in 2001, that could easily cut KEM's stock in half from levels today. Interest Rate Increases(or Decreases) take anywhere from 9 to 15 months before we see its full affect.

KEM is an excellent company with a very good balance sheet. That is not the issue here.

PS I'm neither long nor short KEM at the moment.
