Dataram Ignites IBM's Copper-Fueled RS/6000 Servers With Gigabyte Memory
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2000--Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM - news) a leading provider of gigabyte-class memory for high-performance network servers, today announces immediate availability of memory products for IBM's copper-fueled RS/6000 F80, H80 and M80 servers.

Available in flexible rack, stack or deskside configurations, these midrange servers feature IBM's breakthrough copper microprocessor technology, adding immense speed, reliability and value to the lineup.
