Treatment of the current common and preferred shares is irrelevant to the emergence from reorganization.

Total cancellation of the current and preferred shares is not likely. Bad PR and not required. There will be a conversion of old to new shares. I expect old shares to get 10% of the new shares. Maybe 5%. Either way, current shares will have some value.
