Yes it was a good post . . . and this nutty market makes it easy to buy things on your shopping list. Look at CSCO selling off today. Nuts, just nuts. But it gives people an opportunity to establish long positions. If the stock you want to buy is up today, just wait until tomorrow.

Looks like the market is in the hands of traders. CSCO -2.25, JNPR +.5625, CIEN -2.625, QCOM +1.5625, NTAP -1.125, VIGN +2.75, ELON - 2.125, JDSU +1.0625 -- like someone walking around in the dark in a strange room, sometimes bumping into things and sometimes not -- confused, groggy, grumpy, dreamy. Very little investing going on here -- more speculation by day traders.

Scott: Having a plan and setting goals is essential. Yes, it is easy, but so many don't do it at all and then act out of emotion like you said. You heard my views at the Porch Party. My plan and what rules I follow are so simple, and as long as I stay with my style, I make money. That is a main reason I repeat the same stuff over and over again on here.

Take care.
