The reduction suprpised me. After all, the offering is pretty small to begin with. Overall lack of interest? Possible, but they have been able to dump utter garbage ipo's lately at the full offering.

Maybe the smaller float will give it a bigger pop.

We sure have had a nice ride from the 9's. I have upped my trailing stops very tight now. (I didn't like yesterday's action... but a push here today or tomorrow could correct that <vbg>)
