I think you're right. One or two percent would not make much difference. VZ officials indicated today that there would be a settlement "very" soon. I guess that means in the next couple of days. WSTL could easily pop a couple of points if the announcement the settlement in the next couple of days. The strike was one of the components that Jeffries used to downgrad and drive the stock from 20s to 15.

Our discussion today seem to confirm that WSTL is indeed well positioned for explosive growth in revenue and earnings for the next few Qs. I particularly liked the fact that VZ deployment is double last Q. Last Q was a blowout. If this applies to the other WSTL customers, we could see excellent results for Sept. Q.

Called bell atlantic- they outsource the installation of the ethernet card-- they supply the external westell modem for 99.00- you put it in the pci slot in the back of your computer, no big deal. They supply a CD for installation. Refer to previous post for line work. I was told by the installer that division was not on strike.fwiw
