Follow up on my ADAP search.... I just got off the phone with IR (she was helpful but brief due the earnings release tonight), but she did confirm that they retained their 12% ownership of AstroTerra Corp. with the MRVC acquisition. Now, MRVC states: ``With our robust product line, the experience of thousands of optical wireless installations, and substantial ownership of intellectual property, MRV stands to capitalize on the emerging opportunities in this field. We intend to file for an Initial Public Offering of Optical Access within 90 days.'' AstroTerra is a portion of this Optical Access IPO. What I still don't know, and I was told she would call me tomorrow, is what % of this conglomerate of optical companies within Optical Access that ADAP will hold. The story evolves slowly for those that are interested (which doesn't seem like many). So that I don't bog down the thread any longer, anyone interested in finding out more about this can PM me. Wes
