For those of you who have tendered to DB (for whatever reason) I believe you can pull the tender right up to the last minute. But be careful. I don't know exactly how your broker will react. Do they have a deadline on "change of heart" as well?

Good Morning Sue, and thanks for that clarification.
Don't think anyone is tendering to that ridiculous offer anyway, They're selling on the market instead. Traded down to $4.15 a few minutes ago which blows me away considering it's true value.
