"I spoke with Bill Woodburn (Billy) this morning. I asked him if he knew why the price was down so low - he said the company is the same as it was 6 months ago (at that time their price was about .15-.20 per share. The only difference is the shares being exercised from the financing deal. He also said that most of those shares have been exercised already and seemed optimistic about their future."
