Peggylynn: Re: I think the spread widening so much during the S&P addition had more to do with the fact that the end game with the index funds was with JDSU shares rather than SDLI. I'm not so sure. I think there's some real concern as to whether this deal will be approved, and that factor, more than anything, has caused the spread to widen. It may very well depend upon what position companies like NT take. Will they oppose the acquisition or not? Too early to tell. Tec.
