John, it will be interesting to see how far the Preferreds are willing to push the price down as they continue to convert and raise cash for other opportunities. Imho, that is what is occurring. Of course, it creates its own momentum. Though they are still making 3X their money on the Series D and F, they have to be able to get the balance of their Series H back at some point this year, and they are in at just under $6.

Meanwhile, it provides yet another opportunity just like last fall and this spring, imvho. I am starting to buy again at this level (my core position remains untouched) in hopes of replicating the last two opportunities provided to help ease the waiting for GMGC to break through.

The only way to get rid of the Preferreds is for them to convert and sell. They control the game until they sell off and/or GMGC is able to achieve a revenue stream (or at least serve notice that one can be accurately calculated).

I think we will see more deals unfold in the coming few months than occurred in the first half of the year. I think we will get a much better feel of how GMGC is executing through these deals, and I think the market will begin to better understand GMGC's niche and more appropriately value the company.

Until these events unfold, it will more of the same. Once the events unfold, we will be long out of this range, imho.

Hope all is well.

Seconds Out.

Yes, I think the $10 year-end target may be difficult to achieve. Is the IBM deal nothing but the memorandum of understanding? I think that could be true. It may just be an understanding to try out the GMGC VUI package to see if the market wants it, with each customer deal separately structured. I had earlier thought that the memorandum was the prelude of a major deal that would have at least up-front licensing fees and perhaps equity.

Since the deal was promised as far back as the March 8 CC, the lack of further developments since the press release on June 22 bothers me.

I had a good trading opportunity on June 22 and took precautions again this month when I came to the conclusion that the CC was going to be a bust. I believe GMGC is in for a very dull period, and this time there is no promise of a new partner to suggest a trading opportunity.

I am encouraged by the filling out of the staff but discouraged by the speed at which others, like Nuance, have come in to fill the space.

Very interesting jay.

I found the leading question as significant as the answer that led to the general magic
mention.

Not bad for ole magic to get a mention in an answer to the question: " So what
makes you better than them?"

Sydnic Kohara:

So all of these people and places that you are selling nuance to . You've got some
competition out there, Speechworks. And they're selling pretty much to the same
people. So what makes you better than them? This is your chance, I guess to get
