I talked to Dick yesterday. SHortly after that conversation I received this notice. He didn't say anything about the cease trade to me, perhaps he heard of it afterwards? I had some high hopes for this thing, now it's another one to add to my long list of write offs....I need some winners to offset that ugly list! Bomax Resource not to continue with reverse takeover Bomax Resource Corp BXS Shares issued 6,997,701 Oct 29 close $0.07 Wed 9 Aug 2000 News Release Mr. Richard Billingsley reports The board of directors of Bomax Resource Corp. has been advised by Future Achievement International that it is not prepared to continue with the proposed reverse takeover at this time. It realizes that it cannot keep the company set aside for its venture indefinitely. The management must reorganize the company as soon as possible, including relisting for trading. The board of directors of Future Achievement International Inc. regret the inconvenience this has caused the shareholders of the company but feel it is premature on their part to go forward at this time.
