Zach, i know...i realized it just now. linked it before i read beyond the headline. initially it was actually posted on another board to illustrate Saddam's August bug...

the here and now thing is his latest speech and the surprise visit by Chavez...who is also a critic of Saudi Arabia (envious of its spare capacity presumably...)
