It's a bad sign IMO. It looks like the IPO party is going to be over for a while.

But that's a good sign for the general market. Dry up the supply of stock a little bit, especially since demand is short right now due to the vacationing money managers, and the market may firm a bit. Start throwing these doggy IPOs left and right at a time like this and you're just asking for trouble.
