I totally agree. But, I think we will have an intraday rally tomorrow. So I'll be waiting around 10am to pick up some bargains. I missed a ton of shorts today. I was short AZPN, and covered for a 1 1/2 points. It hasn't dropped below 7/8 for 2 hours now. Prudence outweighed greed! LOL! At least this time. KM

Carpe, it seems like we are getting set up for at least a week of wash and rinse (that classic phrase should be dusted off and displayed prominently during the month of August....I can't believe it's the 10th of the month and today was the first time it was mentioned). Unless you have the capital and fast execution for scalping (quick trades lasting only several minutes to several hours) you might want to stand aside and wait for the market to find it's direction. Closer to 8/22, the signals will start to get clearer. Next week might be a good time to take off. Julie
