LOL!! You are a card!

Having made numerous filings with the SEC for various clients, I can say from personal experience that "lost paperwork" is far from unusual. And, btw, it wasn't "a little hanky panky in the Oval Office" that Bubba got hisself 'peached for. It was lying under oath, lying affirmatively to the American people, misuse of his office, suborning false testimony and trying to deny another citizen her Constitutionally guaranteed day in Court. BTW, lost in the shuffle is some $8 million dollars it cost the Treasury in the form of funds expended by the OIC to investigate a matter where Bubba clearly knew he was guilty. I'll make this real simple so you can follow:

IT WASN'T THE SEX IT WAS THE OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE......

There now even a card like you should be able to understand that.

Molly Ivans is an ugly fringe left-winger and angry feminist-dyke with an agenda and a chip on her shoulder. She thinks she's funny but she could't get a horny hyheena to laugh. Sour grapes not to be taken seriously.

Well Ray, I must have Molly's book, ASAP. I do recall a mention of this Harkin bidness few years back...seems that I was a tad younger back then...didn't really consider the implications or appreciate the revelations of that Texas Tall Tale...so I thank you for the history, colorfully told and if I may say, you pack one heck of a good Molly Ivins...Gotta Love that Gal!

I seem to recall this nugget was dug up back in the Eighties...What was it about those Big Eighties that brought all us common folk all that controversial press about "interesting adventures in finance"...?

Hard to say, exactly...I suppose-

Rules and regulations...they just hinder free enterprise...and those guys on the 85th floor are no doubt burnin' the Midnight Awl...which works right in.

No, you needn't worry too much 'bout me...I've heard it all...and I tend to agree with your strategy of competing orthodoxies...but what's this talk I hear about the Senator and the CT. defense contractors...can I git a witness...?
