Steven ... About H&Q Rating H&Q upgraded CPQ to 'Strong Buy' from 'Buy' on 7/26, most likely they reiterated their recommendation in the link you referred to. It seems that even some of the brokers with a 'hold' or 'neutral' rating are jumping on the bandwagon. GKM analyst who covers CPQ is David Bailey.
