Dell was light earnings. Their dearth of R&D is beginning to show up as other OEMs, at least in servers, are incorporating features that they can't just stamp out of sheet metal. Disappointing earnings for the techs as a whole (Dell's were), especially after Cisco and AMAT.

More like it means they were selling tons of stock. But no matter you are right, AMD will be down on the news.
