Ice- Thanks for the link. I'll go over there if and when I ever get some quiet time. Meanwhile I've given some more thought to the eBay situation and come to the conclusion that even if someone offered me eBay for $1 billion I would pass it up. Instead I'd take $20 million of that to build a World Class system and use the rest to give each of the 20 million AOL subscribers $50 to spend on my auctions.

That $1 billion translates into a share price for eBay of about $4./share. Back in the 70's I read an investment book "When to Sell" that said the best and most profitable part of a decline was the last part. Don't know when you started investing but that was when the markets moved in both directions.

P.S. I get a kick out of the "Servers will give us our numbers" coming out of the hardware companies. Same time the tech companies are going to Congress to get another 250,000 tech visas granted. I guess the hardware guys think their customers will keep on buying book ends two at a time. If one don't work buy two more and maybe things will get better.
